Sometimes it can be hard to get inspired to get into summer clothes when we have been holed up in winter clothes for ages - but we booked that trip overseas and its time to get the swimwear and shorts out.  
This podcast gives tips on what to chose,  how to pack, some tips on best footwear choices for travelling and how to get the best out of the clothes you are wearing when you are away.  
I also share tips on how to stay fit and healthy when you are travelling.  It is really easy and appropriate to indulge when you are away but how do you draw the line and ensure that you are not returning home with extra unwanted kgs.

If you find that you are outside what we consider 'normal' sizing then I have some tricks and tips for you.  You don't have to be super tall or short or small or curvy for this to be your issue - sometimes you have just long or short legs and that can be difficult for you but other things fit.
