So many women experience changes in their bodies and live around menopause with weight gain and feeling insignificant and frumpy being right up there. This podcast unpacks this area with some of my experiences and a some facts I have researched an gleaned over years of working with women in this are and also experiencing menopause myself.
I refer in the Podcast to Dr Louise Newsome who is a menopause specialist in the UK. She has a podcast called the Dr Louise Newsome Podcast. She also has a free app called Balance that you can download that addresses heaps of common medically related menopause questions.
I also disclaim that I am a medical expert in this area. This podcast is based on my own and others experiences in this area.
Enjoy and keep the suggestions and questions coming.
